A monthly virtual cohort for newer leaders who want solid foundations without leaving the office. Live sessions, light homework, real practice.

A full year to turn what you learn into what you do.
This is a place for leaders who want to grow, at work and at home, in the company of others doing the same. Over ten months you'll learn how you're wired, what it's like on the other side of you, and how to lead in a way that builds trust, respect and influence. You work on the biggest problems you're facing right now.

- RetreatsFirst Tuesdays, 12:00 to 3:00 PM. Hands-on, with plenty of breakout time.

What to expect
- Almost no outside reading. If you leave with homework, it's homework you chose.
- Simple language and tools you can use the next day.
- A confidential group where people say what's true and encourage each other to follow through.
- An end-of-program personal portfolio that tells your leadership journey, to reference for years to come.
- Three opportunities to volunteer at the Foodbank during the year.

Group guidelines
- What's shared in the group stays in the group.
- Show up, take part, and follow through on your commitments.
- Be generous with encouragement and honest in feedback.
Bring your team
Team tables are limited.
Teams that go through together build a shared language that improves communication and speeds up decisions. A full table is six seats, and a half table is three. A small number of tables are open for 2027.
Leadership 101
Strong foundations for newer leaders.
A virtual monthly cohort for people stepping into leadership. It fits around a full workday and gives you a group of peers learning at the same pace.
- Two 75-minute live sessions on Zoom each month
- About an hour of practice work between sessions
- Built on the 5 Voices
- Starts February 2027, and runs month to month
About Amy
Amy Mast
I'm a leadership coach and facilitator based in Dalton, Ohio, and a GiANT Worldwide certified practitioner since 2018. I work with leaders and teams on the everyday dynamics that decide whether people do their best work together.
I started Mast Leadership Co. to give leaders what a single workshop can't: time, practice, and people who keep you honest. The programs are small on purpose, so everyone is known.
